CVHTVS installs and operates centralized television headend systems that receive terrestrial broadcast signals and distribute programming to guest rooms using QAM channels over a property’s existing cable infrastructure.
•What CVHTVS Provides
Provider-owned broadcast headend equipment installed on-site and operated by CVHTVS.
Reception and processing of terrestrial broadcast signals and QAM channel mapping.
Ongoing headend operation subject to contract terms and site compliance.
CVHTVS does not provide consumer cable service and does not control guest room televisions or internal cabling.

Boundary Statement
Service issues arising from property infrastructure or site conditions do not constitute a service failure by CVHTVS.
Hospitality television service is activated only after execution of a service agreement and completion of billing authorization through Stripe.

Monthly service fees cover headend operation only.
Service visits required due to property-controlled site conditions, access issues, power or cooling deficiencies, or equipment damage are billable and not included in the monthly rate.
Uncured site conditions or unpaid charges may result in service suspension in accordance with contract terms.

Stripe transaction records and payment authorization constitute binding acceptance.

☐ I agree to a three (3) year service term with automatic renewal, and authorize recurring monthly charges of $2.29 per guest room television via ACH Auto-Debit or $2.99 per guest room television via credit/debit card, billed monthly in advance. I understand ACH is the preferred payment method and that payment failure constitutes a material default subject to service suspension and equipment retrieval.
CVHTVS provides a privately owned, on-premise broadcast headend system that converts over-the-air television signals into Clear QAM and distributes them through a hotel’s existing cable infrastructure.
